Meraki: Doing something with pleasure, zeal, passion, with artistic mood, putting your soul into it. 

How can the emotion lead to the name of Meraki apartments? It can, actually! For us “Meraki” is a tribute to the man who taught us its meaning. Our beloved father Nondas, a man who loved his homeland and created with passion and dedication this business (est. 1986).

However “Meraki” is not only our personal feeling. It is our attitude towards life. It’s the way we work, we welcome the visitor as our guest, away from standardized procedures. With acts. Simple. Human. Authentic… Which are missing from our life. 

We gave our own answers to two simple questions:

–What does a person really need on his vacation?

-Honesty, friendliness, smile, respect, service. 

–What are the characteristics of a good host?

-Open heart, kind soul, smiling face, true contact. 

This is our philosophy.

This is who we are. A family who puts into their work a part of themselves, of their heart, of their “Meraki”.
